The name VuNet combines “Vu” (visibility) and “Net” (networks/systems), reflecting our purpose: to deliver clear, connected visibility across the entire IT ecosystem in a way that ties to your business outcomes.
Born From a Belief That India Can Build World-Class Deep Technology
VuNet began with three engineers who met in Infosys’ Product R&D division where they spent years building India’s first indigenous military router and other high-stakes, deep-tech systems for national-scale use cases.
Working in this environment shaped two beliefs

With these beliefs, VuNet was founded in the year 2014. What started as a security and analytics platform has now grown into a future-ready AI-driven business observability platform. Designed from the ground-up, the platform delivers unified visibility, deep intelligence, and business insight at real-world scale.

From Founding to 28+ Billion Monthly Transactions
VuNet was founded with a vision to build world-class, enterprise-grade technology from India that solves real, systemic challenges.
While “observability” as a category had not yet taken shape, the idea was already taking root. In these early years, we focused on the banking and network monitoring domain, signed our first enterprise customer, and launched a security analytics platform that laid the technical groundwork for everything that would follow.
As digital transactions grew, we advanced our capabilities by launching the Business Journey Monitoring platform, an industry-first approach that connected operational telemetry to business flows. Our work began attracting external recognition:

- Our AI-driven innovations were ranked among the top 50 applications in the country.
Arriving at the Next Level
Monthly monitored transactions surpassed one billion. Partnerships with IIT Madras and Microsoft ScaleUp further accelerated progress, alongside inclusion in Gartner’s AIOps Market Guide.
Entering Growth Mode
Transaction volumes reached 2.5 billion per month, and our work was acknowledged through the Government of India’s Time2Leap Award.
Becoming a Deep Tech Leader
We crossed 3 billion monthly transactions and were featured in Gartner’s report on xOps among global AIOps vendors. We were inducted into the NASSCOM DeepTech Club, named Best IT Company by India 500. The vision was clear: observability must be intelligent, contextual, and trusted at enterprise scale.
Market Validation
The market responded.
VuNet raised $5M in Series A, maintained analyst momentum with Gartner, and earned honors including NASSCOM AI Gamechangers and HFS “Hot Vendor.”
Focused on Expansion
VuNet’s platform matured into a proven, high-scale, enterprise solution. We were again awarded NASSCOM’s Emerge 50 for deep tech leadership and named among Forbes DGEMS Select 200 Companies.
Omdia identified VuNet as a Challenger in AIOps, and independent analysts listed us within the Process-Centric AIOps landscape.
Scaling at Enterprise Velocity
We surpassed 20 billion monitored transactions, secured a patent for Operational Predictive Scoring, achieved ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications, and won major industry awards.

What started as a small team with a bold idea is now a platform powering over 28 billion+ digital transactions every month across leading enterprises.
We closed our Series B funding led by Pravega Ventures, with continued support from existing investors, and expanded our presence into the GCC region.
